Belgium international Thomas Vermaelen, has made a move from Arsenal to Spanish Giants, FC Barcelona.
Barcelona confirmed they have signed the 28 year old for a fee of £15million and the former Ajax and Arsenal Captain has agreed on a five year contract with Barca.
Barcelona has already made big transfers this season and their latest addition is set to strengthen their defence which hasn't been good in recent years.
